Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Please read section 4. Keepr is end-to-end encrypted, which means we cannot recover your codes if you lose your password and your recovery key. Always keep your services’ backup codes somewhere safe.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Stryvo (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship in India that operates Keepr: the mobile app, the browser extension, our servers and keepr.stryvo.tech (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Who can use Keepr

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live — or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission (in India, if you are under 18). You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so by law.

3. Your account

4. Encryption and your responsibility for access

Your vault is encrypted on your devices with keys we never receive. As a result:

We are not responsible for losing access to third-party services because codes were deleted, lost, or not backed up.

5. Free and Pro plans

6. Purchases, trials and renewals

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law or anyone’s rights; attempt to access accounts, data or systems that aren’t yours; probe, disrupt or overload the Service (except through responsible disclosure, see below); circumvent plan limits or payments; resell the Service; or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. Security researchers are welcome: report vulnerabilities to support@stryvo.tech and don’t access other people’s data.

8. Our content and licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Keepr apps for their intended purpose. The Service, its design and its brand belong to us. Your data belongs to you; you give us only the permission needed to store and transmit it to provide the Service.

9. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Keepr available, but the Service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Codes are generated on your device and keep working offline. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut down the cloud service we will give at least 60 days’ notice so you can export your data.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account & data, or see here). We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections 4, 11, 12 and 13 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. These limits don’t apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. Subject to that, the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
